Dr. Sean M. Altenbach

A native of Jacksonville, Dr. Altenbach graduated from Duncan U. Fletcher High School. After graduating, he got a summer job at his family orthodontist’s office. It was here that he determined that he wanted to work in the dental field himself! After earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, he pursued his dental doctorate from the same school.

Since graduating, Dr. Altenbach has been committed to continuing education to keep his knowledge and skills sharp. He is proud to be involved with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Northeast District Dental Association, and the Guild of Dental Scholars. He is also a certified Invisalign provider and completed the Implant Educators Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Implant Continuum.

When he isn’t busy treating patients, Dr. Altenbach is spending time with his wife, Lydia, and his three daughters, Darby, Piper, and Daphne. In his free time, he likes surfing, watching UF sports, and making pizza!
